In 1948, after splitting from his brother Adi, Rudolph Dassler took his half of the small Gebrüder Dassler Schuhfabrik and founded his new business, known as Puma .

Now over 65 years since the company was founded it remains one of the world’s biggest sporting goods brands. It makes everything from athletic shoes to watches and accessories.

The history of the brand is filled with some of the world’s greatest sportsmen.
