PRODUCT WARRANTY
Chronosoft Watch Group will service brand name watches sold by ours for period of 1 to 2 years after purchase base on brand's term.
During the warranty period the watch movement, hands and dial are the only components covered under this warranty. A covered component will be repaired or the watch will be replace free of repair charges, if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.
In case of replacement, the manufacture cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch. If your model is not available, a watch of equal value and similar style will be provided.
Warranty does not cover "External damage" to the product.
WHAT'S NOT COVERED
- Any defects in materials and workmanship of battery, case, crystal, strap or bracelet.
- Damage resulting from improver handling, lack of case, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
- Water damage unless marked water- resistance.
- Outside modifications and third party repair attempts will void the warranty.
- Any damage if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines.
- Any loss of stones or gems on the outer portion of the watch or watch face.
GENUINE SPARE PARTS
- We are authorized dealer from all brands we distributed, and we have got well trained Service Center, Service Technician from them.
- We commit ONLY use genuine spare parts and original company spares
